XLR8 does have it's own roster of content creators. we operate a very small roster allowing us to delicate more time to each creators niche and ultimately focus on our hospitality partnerships. xlr8 is not a talent agency or an exclusive management service.

we work with various niches for our flagship creators, as they travel often for music shoots and overall lifestyle. we're open to partnering with beauty brands, fashion brands,travel companies, tour guides and fintech companies
these niches work well for our creators as they can seamlessly integrate your product into their content, whether it be a morning routine with skincare product, getting ready for fashion events with a clothing piece, using a tour guide to discover new locations or having your fintech app cover the expenses of a creator travel vlog.
our creators are built for these types of partnerships. we only accept collaborations of 3 months duration or more. one-off collaborations do not appeal to us, as this weakens our relationship with the brand and doesn't look authentic.
